We have lived in the house built by British Manor for almost a decade. When they reached out to us to see if we are willing to put reviews out for them given we have lived in their building for years and can attest to the quality of construction work factually, we were not surprised. Why I say so is because only a builder that is confident in their work and is ethical will ask a client that has used their product for years to put an honest review out. In the years we have lived in the house they built, we had absolutely no issues and have enjoyed every corner of it. What impressed us the most were the little things that were thought through for the ease of daily living in this house that would have not affected the sale of this house but was still put in because they imagined their family living in it while building it. In fact, most of these things we were discovering after living here. We have had to contact them only once since the purchase of this house for a small issue with the fence outside after a storm. They immediately attended to it. After a few days, our neighbour was having a similar issue, upon contacting their builder they were told it’s not even part of the warranty. Not once did the builder of our house mentioned it was not part of the warranty while fixing it. This may seem small but goes to show that they will go over the mandatory to keep their buyers happy. They are the most humble, honest and ethical people I have ever come across. If you are looking for a builder to build your family home, look nowhere else. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of these builders. If you are looking for someone that appears in a full suit with a tie-on, all polished and is barely at the construction site coz he’s got too many gigs going on to give time to your project, keep looking. As the construction began Mr. Gill, the builder was always the first person on the site and the last man to leave. He had an exceptional understanding of the construction work. Their team works great together, with their knowledge and extensive detailing we had the best tradesmen working at our site. Every job was finished with the best craftsmanship in a timely manner and the inspections passed in flying colours. British manor homes helped us in figuring our house plans, interior designing, material selection and made sure that the quality was a mandatory element. British Manor team takes pride in their work.
