We do not monitor our construction sites over the phone or surveillance. Our builder will be physically on-site to look over the construction. This will not only result in quality workmanship but will save you big dollars in avoiding wastage of material and mistakes that will need to be fixed later. We believe in building right the first time! We pass on all builder discounts to our clients. We forbid the practice of accepting commission/cut from trades that are hired to construct your home. Unfortunately, this is a common practice among some builders that will attract new clients with cheaper fees and cover their profits indirectly through trades. We confidently put this here for a record so you can be assured of full transparency from us. This will keep us clear from conflict of interest and we, therefore expect nothing short of excellence from our trades.
